THE STORY BEHIND THE ACADEMY
Mindset Moto exists for one reason: the mental side of racing is trainable, and too few riders ever get the chance to train it.
Mindset Moto was created by a rider, for riders. After years around the sport, one thing became impossible to ignore: the mental side of racing decides more races than the physical side — and almost nobody teaches it.
This academy is the answer to that gap.
The program is shaped by years at tracks, in paddocks and alongside young riders — understanding what race day actually feels like, what riders worry about, and what genuinely helps.
Talented riders everywhere lose races in their head, not on the track. Nerves at the gate. Confidence that dips after a crash. Focus that fades mid-moto.
Mental skills decide how a rider responds to all of it — and they can be taught, practised and improved like any other skill.
Mental skills are learned through doing, not watching. Every lesson is short, interactive and immediately usable at the track.
Riders think for themselves, practise in real conditions and reflect honestly on what happened. That reflection is where the real learning lives.
A complete mental-performance curriculum for every age group, deeper tools for schools and clubs, and an education program that keeps evolving with the sport and its riders.
